DO YOU HAVE HYGIENE CERTIFICATES ?
Yes, we adopt a zero tolerance approach to health and hygiene rules & every one of our providers has up to date relevant certification. If certification is not valid or out of date, the suppliers are removed from our panel.
HOW MANY CATERERS DO YOU HAVE ?
Yes, we use a large panel of providers so that we can tailor your catering service to your requirements.
HOW FAR WILL YOUR SERVICE TRAVEL ?
We are primarily based in and around the West Midlands, however we are able to cater for events countrywide.
CAN YOU PROVIDE DIY CATERING ?
Yes – Some of our suppliers can provide you with the equipment and ingredients to cater for your own event and we regularly provide this service with our pig roasts.
HOW SOON DO YOU REPLY ?
We endeavour to answer every email within 24 hours. We need the time to contact our panel of catering suppliers to assess availability, timings and budgets. The bespoke service which we offer requires us to get it right first time, every time!
WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING ?
When you have decided on your chosen caterer for your event, you will be required to pay a 10% deposit to secure the booking. All further payment arrangements will be discussed directly with your catering provider.
WHERE IS YOUR PRODUCE SOURCED ?
All of our providers use the best quality ingredients, often sourced from local farms and butchers.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE PER HEAD ?
As our catering is tailor made to your requirements, we can accommodate most budgets and do not have a set amount per head.
